However\, many people struggle with hearing loss\, which can significantly impact their daily lives. It is crucial to understand the importance of hearing and educate ourselves.\n\n\n\nAttend a virtual seminar to learn more about Hearing Health and the TeleAudiology (remote) services that are offered through the University of Illinois. \n\n\n\n\n\nWith just an appointment or two per year in Champaign at our University of Illinois Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Clinic\, follow-up hearing aid services can be completed via Telehealth. \n\nTeleaudiology is sometimes called "remote care" or "remote hearing care" it enables your audiologist to make adjustments to your [newer model] hearing aids remotely\, without requiring an office visit. However\, many rural areas do not have access to hearing healthcare or Audiologists.
