Can You See Me Now Lock Out

Can You See Me Now is an all day "lock out" culminating in a get together at Chandler Park in downtown Macomb. A "lock out" is when you dedicate a day to standing in solidarity with people experiencing the crisis of homelessness by not going home for a day. The fundraising portion comes from you asking your friends and family to sponsor your day away from home. They can sponsor a flat fee or hourly rate for the hours of 8am to 10:00pm. Think walk-a-thon without the walking. Registration, which includes a t-shirt, is $12 for Adults, $6 for Children under 12. Pre-Registration via eventbrite is encouraged. Can You See Me Now is a fundraiser for Genesis Garden a non-profit organization based in McDonough County Illinois that is dedicated to eliminating poverty in through a proactive, preventive, and compassionate approach.
