Who should attend?? Parents/Guardians of children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2020. Children need not attend the registration.
Please bring the following to register your child:
• $60.00 Registration fee + $20.00 Technology Fee
(Fees may be paid at registration, at a later date, or set up on a payment plan.)
• Required Documents:
-Certified or registered birth certificate for each child
-Custodial Guardianship papers (copy, if applicable)
-Photo ID of registrant
• Proof of Residency: (Only students who are new to the district must provide proof of residency)
One of the following documents is required for proof of residency
-Mortgage papers (homeowners)
-Signed and dated lease and proof of last month’s payment
One of the following documents showing proper address is required
-Current public aid card/insurance card
-Current homeowners/renters’ insurance and premium payment receipt
-Most recent cable, internet, gas, electric or water bill
-Vehicle/Voter Registration
