Kiwanis Kids Carnival

The Macomb Kiwanis Club is hosting its first Kiwanis Kids Carnival on September 30th at Chandler Park in downtown Macomb. The event will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. following the Macomb High School Homecoming Parade and will feature carnival games suited for kids from Pre-K through grade school. Face painting and a dunk tank featuring a staff member from one of the grade schools will also be featured! Prizes can be awarded at each game and some concessions will be available. Tickets for the games will be $1 a piece or $10 for "An Arm's Length". All proceeds this year will help offset the cost of restoring and refinishing the concrete playground equipment in Chandler Park. The Macomb Kiwanis Club is dedicated to local children through events like this and other programs in addition to playgrounds like the ones at Chandler Park.
