Join Western Illinois University and your Alumni Association for Purple & Gold Day and the The Western Challenge! The first 100 guests wearing purple will receive a FREE drink. Complimentary appetizers while they last and cash bar (pay by cash or credit). All guests will receive a free ticket for a door prize drawing. 

The Western Challenge, an energized 24-hour online fundraising event to support the WIU students, faculty and campus programs. It’s a day for Leathernecks everywhere to unite in giving in a display of Western pride. You can support The Western Challenge Day of Giving by making a gift on April 24, spreading the word using the hashtag #LeathernecksGive and by becoming an online advocate to help drive the effort!
