The Rhythm Circle

No matter your age or ability, ALL are welcome to join us in the park for the FREE Rhythm Circle! Bring a drum or percussion instrument of your choice, dancing scarf, hula hoop, or hand-made rhythm device. If you don’t have one, borrow one of ours! Taking part in a rhythm circle has proven to decrease stress, lower blood pressure, and even boost the immune system! So, grab a friend or family member and have some fun grooving to the beat of the drums!
