WIU Art Gallery Artist Reception : Alicia Farestall-Boehm

Join us for an artist reception for Alicia Forestall-Boehm’s “Reimagining Space and Surface.” The pieces of this exhibit push the conventional parameters of the use of the encaustic medium by uniting it with fiber has resulted in innovative 3D forms often employing traditional weaving techniques in a way not previously utilized. Artist will speak at approximately 5:15 pm and light refreshments will be served. The exhibit will be on display October 10 through November 11.
